Chrome Cobalt Dentures
The high elasticity of the chrome cobalt alloy we use, allows for delicate but rigid and fracture resistant chrome cobalt frameworks. Our skilled technicians are able to assist in designing the best solution for each individual case as no two mouths are ever the same.

A variety of chrome cobalt castings are manufactured including uni- and bilateral dentures, overdentures, structures for locator retained dentures, full metal or mesh palates, hinged bilateral castings, etc.
​
Pins and backings can also be opaqued to improve aesthetics.
Flexible Dentures
Our flexible dentures are virtually unbreakable, light and monomer-free. Manufactured using Vertex ThermoSens, it is ideal for patients with allergic reactions to materials that other denture products are manufactured from. It is also an aesthetically pleasing solution since no metal clasps are required. Many of our clients choose this as a temporary solution for patients in the process of receiving an anterior implant.

We can also process a flexible denture finish on our chrome castings to remove the need for metal clasping whilst retaining the advantages of having a metal denture structure.

Acrylic Dentures
Full and Partial acrylic Dentures remain a very cost effective solution for the replacement of missing teeth for a patient. Our technicians will survey and design the best solution for your patient whilst keeping aesthetics in mind, and hide clasping as much as possible.
Occlusal splints
Our Occlusal splints are manufcature using Astron Clearsplint material. This is a self-adjusting material in the mouth when pre-softened in warm water, and thus allows a high level of accuracy and the closest fit. Since it contains no methyl methacrylate (found in acrylic splints), it is suitable for patients with such allergy problems.
Relines, Additions and Repairs
Same-day reline, addition and repair services are available to our local Gold Coast clients when arranged with us. Our in house laser welding services also means that we can perform more extensive chrome cobalt repairs and additions. These cases will be evaluated and the required time-frame communicated to the client at the time the service is booked with us.
Specialised Sport Mouth Guards
Our specialised professional laminated sports mouth guards are manufactured using the superior pressure forming method. Pressure forming results in an equal thickness covering of teeth and consequently less exposure of teeth to damage. It also provides the highest level of dental fit.

Our laminated mouth guards consist of 2 'soft' layers with an optional hard inner layer for sports where extremely hard and pointed impacts may be received by the jaw.

Established on the Gold Coast since 2007, we have been providing services to clients throughout Australia. Jaco Venter, our principle dental technician, has been operating his own laboratory in South Africa since 1997 before relocating to Australia in 2007.

We are a boutique dental laboratory laboratory employing highly skilled staff who will not only be able to manufacture dental appliances for your patients, but also assist in the treatment planning and providing advice as required.

All of our products are manufacture in-house using only TGA approved materials.
