Our highly skilled team manufactures a variety of cobalt chrome castings, and perform laser welding services to repair or add to existing chrome cobalt castings.

From start to finish, we design and manufacture everything in-house. With 30 years' experience in manufacturing chrome castings, we have confidence that we can provide our clients with the best possible advice and service.

We have been digitally designing removable dental prostheses since 2013, and are using state-of-the-art technologies to design, manufacture and finish our products.

Cobalt Chrome castings
The high elasticity of the chrome cobalt alloy we use, allows for delicate but rigid and fracture resistant chrome cobalt castings.
​
The alloy is TGA certified and is 100% Nickel and Beryllium free.
​
Our skilled technicians are able to assist in designing the best solution for each individual case as no two mouths are ever the same.
​
A variety of cobalt chrome castings are manufactured including uni- and bilateral dentures, overdentures, structures for locator retained dentures, full metal or mesh palates, hinged bilateral castings, etc.

Additions and Repairs
Our in-house laser welding service means that we can perform extensive chrome cobalt repairs and additions.

Adding a tooth to a chrome denture? No problem!
If the addition only requires a retention pin or loop to be added this can be completed by the next day for our local Gold Coast clients, when arranged with us.
​
Did you know that we can make even larger additions by manufacturing an additional metal section and seamlessly laser welding that to an existing metal framework?
This is a much more affordable option for a patient than having to manufacture a complete new framework, when only one or minimal teeth are lost. Usually this takes 3 days in the lab.

We can also laser weld cracks etc. to repair a broken framework, but the nature of the break determines how successfully this can be done.
​​
Simply message us with a picture of the denture/framework and tell us what needs to be added or repaired. Once we've assessed it we can let you know the possibilities, cost, timing etc.

Established on the Gold Coast since 2007, we have been providing services to clients throughout Australia. Jaco Venter, our principle dental technician, has been operating his own laboratory in South Africa since 1997 before relocating to Australia in 2007.
​
We are a boutique dental laboratory laboratory employing highly skilled staff who will not only be able to manufacture dental appliances for your patients, but also assist in the treatment planning and providing advice as required.

All of our products are manufacture in-house using only TGA approved materials.
